Ongoing Water & Sewerage Design and Build of Strategic Potable Water Reservoirs — Phase 1, Hub 06 & Hub 08 AlUla, Saudi Arabia + Telecom Client: Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU) Water Reservoir Complex (HUB8): a 15,000 m³ reinforced-concrete strategic reservoir on the original site approved under the Land Use Site Clearance Application (LUSCA). Water Reservoir Complex (HUB6): a 50,000 m³ reinforced-concrete strategic reservoir, together with optional pricing for a 15,000 m³ one-day storage tank, on the site approved under the LUSCA. Enabling infrastructure for both hubs: access road and utility connections to the primary infrastructure (MV/LV power, ICT, water, wastewater), a SCADA system with a control room for decentralised operation and control, an electrical area, an inlet control and metering chamber, pipelines, mechanical and electrical equipment, instrumentation, fibre-optic provisions and conduits, a guard house with ablution facilities, fencing, security systems and stormwater drainage, as well as interfacing with the existing and under-construction National Water Company facilities at HUB6. View project Ongoing Water & Sewerage Northern Boulevard — Main Trunk Sewer along the Old Jeddah Road Makkah, Saudi Arabia Client: National Water Company (NWC) Construction of the main trunk sewer along the Old Jeddah Road serving the Northern Boulevard project, with diameters ranging from 1,800 mm down to 800 mm and a total length of approximately 4.5 km. View project Ongoing Water & Sewerage Bahra Project — Surface-Water Level Reduction Network Bahra, Jeddah Governorate, Saudi Arabia Client: National Water Company (NWC) Construction of a surface-water level reduction network under the Dengue Fever Control Programme in Jeddah Governorate, serving the districts of Bahra, with a total length of approximately 50 km. View project Ongoing Water & Sewerage Capacity Upgrade of PS-14 Pumping Station and Associated Force Main, Jubail Jubail, Saudi Arabia + Telecom Client: National Water Company (NWC) The project covers three zones: • Zone 1: 73 km of gravity sewers together with a 5 km force main of 500 mm diameter, plus construction of the PS-J01 pumping station rated at 850 m³/hour. • Zone 2: 31 km of gravity sewers together with a 2 km force main of 200 mm diameter, plus construction of the PS-153/7 pumping station rated at 120 m³/hour. • Zone 3: an 8 km force main of 1,200 mm diameter, plus upgrading of the PS-14 pumping station from 3,600 to 7,200 m³/hour. View project Ongoing Water & Sewerage Construction of Incomplete Sanitary Mainlines and Branch Networks in Jeddah — Contract 8 Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Client: National Water Company (NWC) The project completes the outstanding sewer trunk mains and constructs the branch networks serving the Al-Kawthar, Al-Hamdaniyah, Al-Manar and Al-Samer districts of Jeddah. The network totals 189,536 linear metres of GRP pipework with 2,785 manholes, in addition to the rehabilitation of 46,444 linear metres of existing networks and trunk mains. View project Ongoing Water & Sewerage Design and Construction of Sewerage Networks, Pumping Stations and Trunk Sewer Lines for Al-Aziziyah and Other Districts, Al-Khobar Governorate — Phase 1, Part 2 Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia + Telecom Client: National Water Company (NWC) The project lowers the surface-water table caused by uncontrolled wastewater discharge and addresses the environmental and public-health impacts of groundwater contamination, while extending sewerage service to the Al-Taawun, Al-Hamra, Ibn Sina, Al-Fawaziyah Industrial and Al-Sawari districts and further areas of Al-Khobar, in line with the National Water Company strategy, the Supply and Demand Document and Saudi Vision 2030. The scope comprises 95,867 linear metres of gravity sewers in diameters from 200 mm to 1,100 mm, 21,273 linear metres of force mains in diameters from 150 mm to 900 mm, the construction of four new pumping stations and the rehabilitation of six existing pumping stations. View project Ongoing Water & Sewerage Stormwater Drainage for Area (BC) — Package No. 4 — Al-Rawdah District — 17168 Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Client: Jeddah Municipality The project lowers the level of standing surface water during rainfall by constructing a stormwater drainage network in the Al-Rawdah district. Runoff is collected from the catchment areas through parallel road drainage units (PRD) and catch basins; every storm inlet is connected to a manhole by FRP pipework, and the manholes are interconnected with reinforced-concrete pipes, so that stormwater is collected and conveyed through the drainage network. View project Ongoing Water & Sewerage Southern Boulevard — Main Trunk Sewer along the Fourth Ring Road Makkah, Saudi Arabia Client: National Water Company (NWC) Construction of the main trunk sewer along the Fourth Ring Road serving the Southern Boulevard project in Makkah, approximately 2,400 mm in diameter and about 13 km in total length. View project Ongoing Water & Sewerage Al-Adl Project — Main Water Transmission Lines, Makkah Makkah, Saudi Arabia Client: National Water Company (NWC) Design and construction of main water transmission lines completing the water conveyance system of the Holy Capital, approximately 2,500 mm in diameter and about 7 km long, including the design and installation of all connections and valves, to link the Third Ring Road line with the Al-Adl area. View project Completed Water & Sewerage East Hidd Water Pumping Station (EPC1) East Hidd, Kingdom of Bahrain Client: Ministry of Housing, Bahrain (MOH) Construction of the East Hidd water distribution station on a 6,200 m² site, comprising a semi-buried concrete reservoir of no less than two million gallons and an automated pumping station with variable-speed pumps rated at five million gallons per day, together with all site and utility works, delivered as an EPC contract.
