Runoff is collected from the catchment areas through parallel road drainage units (PRD) and catch basins; every storm inlet is connected to a manhole by FRP pipework, and the manholes are interconnected with reinforced-concrete pipes, so that stormwater is collected and conveyed through the drainage network.
