Bin Omairah Holding Joins Consortium Submitting Bid for Riyadh East ISTP Project

Bin Omairah Holding is pleased to announce its participation, alongside Miahona Company and Marafiq, in a consortium that has submitted a competitive bid for the development of the Riyadh East Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP) project in Riyadh.

SHARAKAT announced the receipt of five competitive bids from consortia comprising leading local and international companies as part of the procurement process for this major water infrastructure project.

The Riyadh East ISTP is planned with an initial treatment capacity of 200,000 cubic metres per day, expandable to 400,000 cubic metres per day, and is structured under a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model.

The submitted proposals will now proceed through SHARAKAT’s evaluation process before the preferred bidder is selected.

Bin Omairah Holding’s participation reflects the Group’s continued expansion into major infrastructure and water-sector projects and its commitment to contributing to the Kingdom’s sustainable infrastructure development.
